Luna874
Now this card may sound overpowered but it has pro's and con's to it: Pro's: - Splashable into ANY deck that has level 8 synchro monsters - Has 4000 ATK which is stronger then most monsters. Meaning it makes a good beatstick if you have cards like Fairy Meteor Crush to inflict piercing damage. - Exceed monsters have Ranks, not levels so Gravity Bind and Level Limit Area B will not work at all on this card. - When destroyed, you can draw 2 cards which gives you a mini, but less effective version of Pot of Greed - Once per turn, you can recover cards from your graveyard like Mirror Force, Judgement Dragon or Magic Cylinder and add them back to your hand. - The 1000 damage you take is effect damage so you may be able to use other cards to redirect the damage to the opponent of use it as a life point bonus - Use Forbidden Chalice on this card after you use this cards effect to draw a card AND allow it to attack since you negate the cards drawback for 1 turn Con's: - The 1000 damage is FORCED so you do not get a choice to use the effect at all - You NEED 2 Level 8 Synchro's to summon it. Getting 2 level 8 Synchro's onto the field and keeping them alive long enough is the harder part - Cannot be special summoned from the graveyard or from the removed from play zone. - You cannot attack with this card during the turn you add a card from your graveyard to your hand. - Unlike cards such as Stardust Dragon and Red Nova Dragon, this card can easily be defeated by Mirror Force and Lightning Vortex - when it IS destroyed, you also lose 1000 more life points as effect damage and then you draw the 2 cards. 1000 damage is quite a lot of damage to deal to youself - This card's effect can just be negated by the opponent skill drain so you do not draw the 2 cards in the first place.
