All cards except the selected monsters are destroyed. This effect cannot be negated. Then, both monsters are switched to face-up Attack position and the DEF of the monsters are transfered to their ATK. The battle position of the monsters cannot be changed. The monsters cannot be removed from the field. This card cannot be removed from the field. Neither player's life points may change.Neither player may summon monsters, except Tokens. Both players start with 5 "Speed Race" counters. At the end of each turn, each player gains a "Speed Race" counter. When a player would take 500 points of damage from battle, that player loses a "Speed Race" counter. With others, at least theres a challenge, a gamble, or something. For instance, take all the Exodia cards. You either have to draw all 5 pieces to win, or get them all in the graveyard with Exodius. Either way, theres some descrepency as to its effectiveness. Card Destruction would utterly decimate an Exodia Hand, especially if you've got a good number of pieces already there. Some of the other auto-win cenarios require certain conditions to be met. This just seems like a drawn-out Last Turn. So, you lose counters for every 500 points of damage you take? That could easily put you deep into the negatives in a couple turns. Once the card has been activated, either you or your opponent will have the stronger monster, and from there its just a matter of waiting 15 turns to get the 20 counters you need, because whoever has the strongest card will just keep pounding the other opponent and reducing their counters. And what if the summoned monsters have the same attack? Would it end in a draw?
