If this card is sent to the Graveyard you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower WIND monster from you hand. The attack of that monster is doubled until your next End Phase.[/i] [u][b]Background[/b][/u] [i]The clouds were turbulent and it seemed all hope was lost for planet earth. Her scars were showing from the breaking of the clouds. Zephyr, God of the Sky, sent two elementals to help conceal the scars of mother Earth. The first elemental, Sylver, brought much rain and storms to the Earth, hoping to flood her green plains and make the planet once again blue. Sylver sadly failed and drowned in his own endeavors. The second elemental, Votal, brought fog over the vast hills and valleys of Earth. Earth itself was concealed but it still had the scars which plague it.
