1st effect: Very situational. I wouldn't discard for that/
2nd effect: Gain 200 ATK [b]TO[/b] destroy all S/Ts? Seem overpowered, I would change to 1 or 2 S/Ts at the most.

Creative name, good artwork, LV8 so it's useful (First LV8 non-Synchro Tuner!) and it's LIGHT so it's okay. Nice calculator effect.

thanks for the feedback,
imma go ahead and change the back field nuke, i kinda did think it was an Op'ed effect.
I only put it becuase it only gains 100 ATK for the levels.
