burnpsy
is the Mainsprings becoming "Wind-Up" in TCG confirmed?
It's not. I'm just saying that it wouldn't be a bad name.
Zauls
I agree with burnpsy. He went X-3 with Morphs, so Morphs are terrible? iHop went X-3 with Burn, so Burn is terrible? JJ went X-3 with Nordics, so they are amazing? And JJ had to be an incredible player to be able to go X-3 with Nordics, whereas burnpsy and iHop aren't (not saying they're bad, but they're not JJ). evilfusion
Actually, Wind-Up would make perfect sense for Mainsprings...huh... TCG Exclusives in STOR boosted Nordics a bit (Vanadis, and that epic Nordic Relic that doubles one of their ATK for the turn)
Manjoume Thunder
iHop went X-3 with Burn
at a terrible event with less than 200 people and about burnpsy: 1. jones lost to 3 gravekeepers (best deck and absolutely the worst match for nordics) iirc burnpsy played decks like norleras, ls and even got a BYE 2. people actually knew that jones played nordics. burnspy didn't get a feature (konami are stupid) and only ycmers knew what deck he has 3. some people had tinkered with nordics before the tourney, whereas I haven't seen anyone (bar burnspy) who takes morphs seriously 4. for some reason ygo players tend to explain some good showings with luck unless it's a player who has proven that he is good (there was a lot of hate for the guy that won a ycs with sams and even topped the next one just because he hadn't topped before and made some bad plays in a feature) tl;dr: life is unfair
Yeezus
alex vansant played morphs once iirc jeff jones did have to play GKs and Sams, but it's still good to go X-3 with morphs.
