1SDAN
Now, the return of me (and chaos') starts with a Dual-Exceed (Requires 2 different specifications of monsters) 2 Level 3 DARK monsters and 1 Level 4 LIGHT monster When this card is Exceed Summoned, Remove from Play 2 DARK monsters and 1 LIGHT monster from your Graveyard. When a "Chaos" monster is Summoned you can remove 1 Exceed Material Monster from this card to send 1 Removed from Play monster to your Graveyard. When this card destroys a monster from battle, you can Remove 2 DARK or LIGHT monsters in your Graveyard from Play to destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on the Field. Destroy this card when it has no Exceed Material Monsters on it. Now, the other 2: Charmer: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Removing from Play 2 DARK monsters and 1 LIGHT monster from your Graveyard. When this card attacks a monster, you can Remove 2 DARK monsters in your Graveyard from Play to take control of the attack target. During each of your Standby Phases, pay Life Points equal to the combined Level of all monsters you control other than this card x300. Warrior: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Removing from Play 1 DARK monster and 3 LIGHT monsters from your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can Remove from play 1 DARK monster from your Graveyard to increase this card's origional ATK by the Removed card's Level x100. When this card attacks or is attacked, decrease this card's origional ATK by the attack target/attacking monster's Level x100 during damage calculation. p.s. Don't bother nagging me 'bout General not being realistic, bcase in about 1-2 years, it will be realistic. (If Exceeds don't flop like garbage in a wrapped box for Christmas)

♫♪GoldenBoy♪♫
The Picture's are horribly stretched out. Also on your exceed monster I know you're trying to make it look like an anime card but don't use the Token template go into Tutorials under Graphic Design and look at -Dae-'s template for MSE. Also when you remove from play cards with its effect its going to bring them back so the drawback isn't really that big and also if it runs out of Overlay Units its going to be destroyed. I just wouldn't use the last Overlay Unit. Also an Overlay Unit is the same thing as an Exceed Material monster.
Mecha Love
First of all, yes exceeds need downside effects, but destroying it might be a bit...... over the top. I'm no expert so I don't know for sure. Also, you used the worng anime template. Thats a token, not an exceed.
