This card cannot be special summoned except by removing from play 1 level 8 Dragon type monster from play in your Graveyard. Once per turn you can remove from play 3 Dragon type monsters in your hand or deck and declare 1 card name. Cards with that name are removed from play and their effects cannot be used.
