Archelaus
You cannot activate this card if you control 1 or more Spell or Trap Cards. When this card is activated, return all cards in both players hand to the Deck and both players draw 2 cards then remove from play all cards in their Deck. While this card is face-up on the field both players skip their Draw Phases and they cannot add a card from their Deck to their hand. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, select 1 removed from play card you control and add it to your hand. Your opponent can also activate this card's effects. If this card would be removed from the field by a card effect or if a Field Spell card would be activated, you can discard 1 card to negate that effect or destroy that Field Spell Card. If this card is removed from the field, return all removed from play cards to their owners Deck. "Perfect World" monsters cannot be targeted by card effects and cards cannot be returned to the Decks. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned if it was added to your hand by the effect of "Perfect World". You can discard this card to add 1 "Perfect World" from your Deck to your hand. When this card attacks a face-up Attack Position monster with higher ATK and lower DEF than this card, switch that monster to face-up Defense Position. While this card is in face-up Defense Position, it cannot be destroyed by battle. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned if it was added to your hand by the effect of "Perfect World" and by Tributing 1 monster you control. You can discard this card to add 1 "Perfect World" from your Deck to your hand. While this card is in face-up Attack Position, non-LIGHT monsters cannot be Normal Summoned or Special Summoned. While this card is in Defense Position, destroy all non-LIGHT monsters on the field.

Questions about Perfect World Vanguard: - Which effect of "Perfect World" is applied (Draw 2 or add RFG cards to hand)? - Does the position switch occur before or after the attack is calculated?
1. Either. As long as Perfect World adds him to your hand. 2. It happens before so the attack goes through.
Schrödinger
Fair enough, "Perfect World" might need to be toned down a bit, I mean use dragon engine to draw most of your deck, D Fissure, Needlebug Nest the rest, play that and you got a 15 card reserve to draw cards from. The draw lock is comparable to yata xD

I'll just have "Perfect World" edited.

Both players already have 0 cards in their Deck. \ EDIT: Oh, when Necroface is Normal Summoned, well, fixed it. Cards cannot be returned to the Deck while its on the field.
