and ultimate revive Reptile. i'm not sure either it OPed or useful..since it's need 2 tributes, so i think its fair. But you make it DARK. So, you can Tribute Summon it with Fires of Doomsday.

But for a newbs, it is really awesome. i gotta admit it

First effect should be: "This card cannot be special summoned except by it's own effect."
Burn effect is a bit overpowered, since with 20+ cards in your graveyard you're dealing 6000 damage every time.

I agree, the effect is way overpowered, especially if used in the middle of a match, a player on average will have 4000/5000 life points, and around 15-20 cards in the graveyard so that is a lot of damage.
