When this card is Normal Summoned, you may Special Summon.......
Without the "you may", it gives the impression of a list.

Actually the point is if you don't have at least one of those listed types then this card can't be normal summoned, because it doesn't give you an option.

This is a really good card, amazing effect that I can imagine to be a staple in quite a few decks, not just specific type decks. The image is great, particularly the way it looks so goddamn real and I would definitely consider this a Gold Rare. The only comment I would make is a couple of OCG improvements:

When this card is Normal Summoned, Special Summon 1 Level 4 or Winged Beast-Type, Beast-Type or Dragon-Type Monster from your hand. If this card is selected as an Attack Target, before the Damage Step, you can select 1 other Monster you control to increase the ATK of this card by the level of the selected Monster x 300 points.

Other than that, brilliant card, i look forward to more =)
