Yay! New card:

Effect: This card can attack twice in a row during your Battle Phase. As long as there is at least 1 other monster on your side of the field, (except for "Kasili - The Little Samurai Girl"), this card cannot be destroyed by battle. When this card is the only monster card on your side of the field, switch it to Defense Position. This card's battle position cannot be switched unless there is at least 1 monster on your side of the field. (Except "Kasili - The Little Samurai Girl")

Help me with my OCG if necessary. Thanks! =^.^=

I would probably phrase the effect like this:

This card can attack twice per Battle Phase. If you control another monster (except "Kasili - The Little Samurai Girl") this card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is the only monster you control (except "Kasili - The Little Samurai Girl"), it is switched to face-up Defense Position.

I don't see the reason to limiting her effect from affecting another copy of her. I mean, you could probably have much more powerful monsters anyway. E.g. setting a Spirit Reaper, which is not destroyed by battle, then summoning Kasili would result in two cards that cannot be destroyed by battle, and way more effectively then summoning one Kasili then another one.

It is an okay card, but I do not know what cards that works with it. :|

On a side not, Kasili or Kashiri does not sound Japanese at all.

Oh, okay. I have a real tough time balancing cards. Put no restrictions on it and it's over powered. Put to many and it's underpowered. I can never find the balance. :(
Don't we all face the same problem?
It seems even Konami can't get it right as they ban cards twice per year. :|
