2 Level 6 FIRE or Pyro-Type monsters
During each one of your Standby Phases, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the amount of Exceed Material Monsters under this card x300. Once per turn, if this card destroys 1 monster your opponent controls by battle, you can remove 1 Exceed Material Monster from this card to select and destroy 1 card your opponent controls, then apply 1 of the following effects depending on the Type of destroyed card: *Monster: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's Level x100 OR equal to that monster's Rank x200. *Spell: If you activate a Spell card during that turn's Main Phase 2, unless your opponent activates a Spell card on their next turn with the same Spell Speed, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. *Trap: Inflict damage equal to the amount of Exceed Material Monsters on the field x500.

other than that I believe your OCG is almost perfect :]

I still believe this might be a little overpowered though, even for an exceed, maybe leave out the first effect.

not under but overlaid on

Spell: If you activate a Spell [b]C[/b]ard during that turn's Main Phase 2, unless your opponent activates a Spell Card on their next turn with the same Spell Speed, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

The effect is creative and simply new. appreciated it, effect seems balanced though. then 9/10 ;)
