Why should he? I can read it just fine, and I don't see the point in commenting if all I'm going to say is "OCG sucks/is good".

Make it rank 3, it's abusable only because of Gadget Exceeds. Plus we need good rank 3s.

I'd also limit overlay to once per turn. Not sure why, but just something I'd do.

Otherwise card seems solid. Makes me wonder why you want the topic locked.
