Lexadin
Again this is part of me-redoing my old contest cards. However, I totaly redid the effect so only the img and the name is still the same. As the title already said, its a Swarm-Insect Support card. I don't yet know how usefull it actually will be, but I'll leave that to you raters. I can't remember where I got the pic from, but it was something Japanese. Once per turn, select and activate 1 of the following effects: - Release 1 Insect-Type monster you control to Special Summon 2 "Swarm Tokens"(Insect-Type/DARK/Level 3/ATK 200/DEF 1600). A "Swarm Token" cannot be be used for a Synchro Summon or declare an attack. - Select 1 Level 5 or higher Insect-Type monster you control. Place the selected monster face-up in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card with the following effect: "Once per turn, you can pay 300 Life Points to place 1 Egg Counter on this card (Max. 5). When this card is destroyed, Special Summon a number of "Chaos Swarm Tokens"(Insect-Type/DARK/Level 3/ATK 1400/DEF 1000) up to the number of Egg Counters on this card. A "Chaos Swarm Token" is also treated as a LIGHT monster and cannot be be used for a Synchro Summon.". If you control a non-Insect-Type monster, destroy this card. I'm not totaly shure about the last part. Does it UP it? Usefull comments will be apriciated. All comments with less then 4 words will be negged and reported for spamming.
Mugendramon
Still not stalking you each time you post. Hmph. The first effect could see some use, but to be honest, what Insect-Types are run besides Uru.dek? (Which on that note is not really used anyways, but the first effect could nicely fit, since you'd give your Earthbound the needed Tributes.) If only I could think of an Insect-Type that Special Summons itself from the hand... The second one is useless. It is unlikely your opponent would destroy it knowing what'd happen. I say you lower it to 4, and add an effect to blow it up yourself to Summon the Tokens. And maybe eliminate the no Tribute Summon clause, since otherwise you'd be much better by just running Scapegoat. Speaking of the image, it looks like the thing itself is a bug, it looks like he could work as a Beatstick after, say... Tributing 'X' number of Chaos Swarm Tokens? Has potential, but I see you restricted it too much. Just my two cents.
Lexadin
Unfortunatly most insects are just Beatsticks. But Aztecapod (or hower it's called) can Special Summon itself, if you have an Insect in your Grave that is. You've given me an idea. I'll see what I can change. I like what you're going at. I'll see what I can do. Thanks for your comments a + Rep 4 U.

Lexadin
Actually most recent OCG says that Release and Advance Summon are correct. It's just that most people still use Tribute.Decided to just remove the "not Releasing them" part.

conakgrey
Insects are a favorite of mine so i really like this, though i could see a couple of additional effects for this, like allowing you to summon a level 1 or 2 insect monster from your hand or graveyard. Just a thought.

Lexadin
@conakgrey: I find the tokens to be quite enough. @Herman The German: Tbh I quite like its complicated self. But thanks for your suggestion.

D.A._Sakuyamon
The Name suites its effect very well. Not much of an insect fan myself but I'm more then sure this would get run. Has very decent swarm but I'd use the first effect and not the second one. Mainly because I could just tribute a insect token to get more insect tokens, if thats possible. 8.35449/
