dark345678
I'm only going to grade Cyber Prison Dragon right now because i'm short on time. I'll try to grade Tiny Dragon later (BTW, I don't grade on OCG):
Name: 7/10. Could have taken a little more thought to make. Picture: 7.5/10. Good picture, but not quite fitting with the card. Looks like a Machine-type card. Also can't see the prison resemblance. Effect: 7/10. This card's effect, I personaly think, is UP'd. The effect shows that if you were to destroy, say, a "Mirror Force", and you had full LP, you would lose 4000 LP, and your card's ATK would drop down to 2200. You also couldn't attack if you didn't have a lot of trap cards in your deck. Lastly for the effect, I think that it should lose 500 ATK instead of 800 ATK, and you would lose 1000 Life Points, instead of half of your Life Points. ATK/DEF: 4/10. If you used the cards ability twice, this cards ATK would drop all the way down to 1400, making it lose most of it's power. Also, if your opponent were to activate "Level Limit, Area B", this card would be destroyed almost immediately. I think that the ATK/DEF should be 2800/1000 (2800 ATK for balance). Overall: 25.5/40 64%
Iaashadow
Name: 9/10. like it Picture: 8/10. Like it, but too close up, and no prison Effect: 6/10. Up'd needs to lose 400 ATK instead of 800 and lose 1000 LP instead of half ATK/DEF: 5/10. needs to be more like 2800/1500 Overall: 28/

-Unknown-
Cyber Prison Dragon can be easily summoned but I wouldn't use it for its too risky kinda like a Gamble Monster. And as for Tiny Dragon, these cards would end a duel fast and I wouldn't be able to enjoy a battle. Overall you got the cards down right with minor OCG errors but I just don't like your "risky" card concept. 8/10. Great job though.
