An interesting generic set.

Jakijaki Swordsman is too powerful. A Piercing double-attacker with 1800 ATK and Rose's burn is much more than a neat weapon for direct hits. It would significantly alter the course of battles. It could halve your opponent's LP by stomping Dandy. It could kill two straight Tengus and still do 800 damage.

Buroburo Car is also too powerful. It's a 2400 attacker in Level 4 DARK Machine-Type skin. The "locomotion" effect is not that big of a deal for cards like Black Veloci because the ATK after the increase isn't so big! Granted, it's no Stardust killer, but it does tie with Monarchs.

Henshin Hero is stellar. It's a little unbalanced. 1900 is more than enough to make your opponent resort to removal effects, which will probably not work, since it can sidestep some removal with its effect. For that matter, it's Level 4, WIND, and a Warrior; searching it is no problem. Change the boost to some other, less potent form of advantage, I suggest.

Hokahoka Dragon is meh. Usually, it's the removal that will be useful, not the burn. The kind of stuff you wanna remove tends to be around Level 3. A Tribute Summon probably isn't worth it.

Honobono Angel seems like it could be useful, but I don't see how. Your opponent will either smash its face in after you Summon it, accidentally run over it while Set, or just pay the fee, guaranteeing damage to you. It needs another effect.

Watawata Bird is very underpowered. While its effect is better than Jurrac Iguanon's, it's still unlikely that I'd prefer this to a Dust Tornado or something under most circumstances.

Hisohiso Spy is also lacking. Goblin Black Ops is stronger, and wouldn't leave you at such a huge disadvantage most of the time.

Buroburo Cat is all right, and I think Chuchuchu Fish already exists, though as what, I cannot remember.

By the way, do you play TF2?

Now ya see, this is what I've been looking for. Deep, detailed, creative criticism (Not that Ragnarok hasn't any). I will see what I can do about my card's flaws to the best of my abilities.

No I do not play TF2, but I do like to watch people play it on youtube as well as the custom videos poeple make which are hilarious.
