Synchronized
Since I started playing the game again, I've entered one local tournament, and since I've yet to really grasp much of what the current Meta is, I found myself crushed (ironically) by the "Six Samurai" monsters, and their new counterparts(?), the "Legendary Six Samurai" monsters. This is the first of many cards I will be making that tackle the Meta, one step at a time, and provide useful counters to some of the top tier Decks! ... Once I learn what they are. If your opponent controls a "Six Samurai" or "Legendary Six Samurai" monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can pay 1000 Life Points to negate the Summon of a "Six Samurai" or "Legendary Six Samurai" monster and destroy it. This effect can be activated during either player's turn.
Garthfunkle Vii Backwards
hey scine both "Six Samurai" and "Legendary Six Samurai" have "Six Samurai" in the name why not change the effect just a tad

old effect If your opponent controls a "Six Samurai" or "Legendary Six Samurai" monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Synchronized
I considered doing it the way you did it, but I think it just looks crisper the way I have it. You can ignore me ... sometimes I don't make much sense. I don't really like that idea. I'm trying to make a series of cards that can sort of be tech'd into any Deck to sort of counter whatever they're up against. It seems more unique that way! Stay tuned for my next one, Scrap Heap!
AsianGuy1137
Making an entire archetype would be way too situational, the entire point of this card is so it could be a good tech to side in when you know you're going against six sam. Very nice tech. The 1000 points is balanced enough because six sam can spam like crazy if they have the right cards. Otherwise, this card kills them. Though one disadvantage is that it only prevents inherent special summons so cards like 'Reinforce Truth' and 'Return of the Six Samurai' among the various other forms of grave recursion/special summoning they have. Very nice card, I'll give it a solid 9/10 because I hate six samurai with a passion.

AsianGuy1137
The graveyard revival is the little push that moves this card from DUDE WTF to OMGSUPAH4X0RZ MUST HIT BANLIST! Infinite graveyard recursion is not a smart thing because that essentially makes this card impossible to get rid of unless it's RFGed which is very unlikely with a Six Sam deck unless it sides D.D. Crow or Soul Release. Keeping it in hand limits the accessibility to only one source and it's much harder to return cards to the hand than to summon them from the graveyard.
