If this card is in face-up Attack position you can send the top card of your Deck to the Graveyard to flip this card into face-down Attack position. While this card is in face-down Attack position, place 1 "Victory" counter on this card during your End phase. When this card is flipped face up, remove all "Victory" counters on this card, for each "Victory" counter removed, gain 300 life points and your opponent discards the top cards from his Deck equal to the amount of "Victory" counters removed.
You can't put a monster in face-down attack position unless you use the effect of "Darkness Approaches".This card would be heaps more useful if it the effect was a Flip effect. Unless you want to bypass the card that allows the controller to gain lifepoints due to how many Flip-effect monsters that are on the field, and in the process flips them face-up and negating their effects. I haven't seen many decks run that card however,so I don't think this is much more useful.

I have to disagree with your first statement. Saying you can only do something with one card is not valid IMO unless there are certain conditions. Also, as for FLIP effects, I didn't want to go about that rode. I understand why It'd be better in some ways to do so but this effect isn't suited for FLIP effect type.
