-Blue-
ORIGINAL EFFECT: When this card is Special Summoned search your deck for a Dragon type monster and place it in your hand. Shuffle the deck. EDIT EFFECT: When this card is Special Summoned, take 1 Dragon-type monster from your deck and add it to your hand. Anthony Lu'Steezy'
When this card is Special Summoned, take 1 Dragon-type monster from your deck and add it to your hand. The deck is then shuffled. that would be correct OCG to have on the card also, since it has an effect like that and an ATK slightly higher the Red Eyes, it should be also be 7 stars
TCG warrior
What he says isn't correct, just take a look at strong wind dragon, it has a WAY stronger effect and still only 1 tribute. Besides that, the OCG correction is correct. Also, nice card and well balanced.
The Sleeping Dude
OCG noobs... OCG fix When this card Special Summoned, add 1 Dragon-Type to your hand from your Deck. The deck is then, shuffled. Effect is superbly bland, just looks like a vanilla unless its special summoned i suggest add more effects other than just a single effect. 7/10 for 1st card. Anthony Lu'Steezy'
the fact is strong wind dragon only has 1000 defense..... therefore it has one less star.... and this card allows you to add any dragon to your hand. So if you have a lord of d. and flute of summoning d, you could use this card to get a powerful dragon in your hand to summon.... old school, real old school. as it stands, 7 stars! and no my OCG was flawless! -Blue-
I fixed it up. How is it now?
Anthony Lu'Steezy'
I think its perfect! pic could use some work, but i understand its hard to find good ones you should now make a trap called like sapphire gaze, that allows you to special summon the monster when it is added to your hand by sapphire dragons effect haha
TCG warrior
the fact is strong wind dragon only has 1000 defense..... therefore it has one less star.... and this card allows you to add any dragon to your hand.
I think it makes it "underpowered", because when you normal summon it, its effect doesn't apply and 2 tributes for normal summon is weak, if you want to use its effect you have to special summon it and when you special summon, level doesn't matter (or at least it doesn't matter it red-eyes darkness metal dragon). Also, coming back to red eyes black dragon, it doesn't have support like "red-eyes B. chick" or "red-eyes Wyvern" and it isn't a cost for a way stronger dragon like "red-eyes darkness dragon" or "red-eyes metal dragon", and this card isn't a specific fusion material, like red-eyes b. dragon is for meteor b. dragon and B. skull dragon. And last but not least, the power of monsters have increased, now there is a normal level 4 monster with 2000 ATK and a normal level 6 monster with 2600 ATK. I hope this says enough about why it doesn't have to have 7 stars.
Anthony Lu'Steezy'
haha thats why you build support cards..... red eyes didnt have support forever and it was still a widely used card that was a force to be reckoned with. He could even create a card that allowed him to special summon it.... the possibilities are endless since these are made up cards! so from a realistic standpoint, it needs 7 stars! Anthony Lu'Steezy'
you should download gimp, it would help you to take pics and make them better The so far as stats and OCG is all good, now it just needs a pic to go with it!

Everyone else has given you bad OCG advice and most likely don't play meta decks. I doubt this would even get used, there are so many better choices. Lucec
Good 1st card man, balanced but bland a little bit. My Rating: 8/10. BTW, here is an image for your card I thought it fits perfectly!
