Is this balanced?

I'm relatively new to the whole "Card Making" process, so I'm just wondering if someone would take a look at some of the cards I made and tell if they're balanced or not.

Better Sized Effect of Sudden Death:

This card can only be activated when both players' life points are 500 or less. The activation of this card does not start a chain. This turn, monsters cannot be destroyed by card effects, and are unaffected by opponent's card effects. Both players' pay life points until they have 100 remaining, and battle damage cannot be prevented this turn.Remove all cards in all graveyards, hands, decks, and all other cards on the field from play, shuffle the decks, and each player selects one monster from their extra deck, and special summons it to the field, ignoring it's summoning conditions. All monsters on the field must attack this turn, if able.

I like all the cards effects. I think the pics are goo on the first and last card but not the second. to answer you question, I think these a certainly overpowered but minor changes could turn them around. I say 8/10.

Sorry, but just as an after thought, I would give a condition to the second card that makes it less powerful. Maybe a tribute would be necessary.
