Agent-Angel (need help)

I have recently returned to yugioh, and I hope to finally make a fairy deck now that the new structure deck is coming out soon.
I tried to make the deck before I buy the things I need.

I tried to make an Agent Angel deck with a twist. Jupiter and Alchemist are in there cause they will let me get some of the removed fairies back. Tethys is in there for the draw power, and Marshmallon cause it's a wall. Hecatrice searches for Valhalla.
Sanctuary is in there because of Earth/Jupiter/Punishment, and because it will help protect me. Cards in the sky for more draw power. Valhalla for free Special Summons. Divine Punishment is in there because I'll always try to keep Sanctuary out on the field, and because it's a powerful card in it's own right.

Now, this is what I came up with cause I don't really know what to add/take out. Can someone please help me make this deck smaller and/or better?

Please don't tell me to get Dualities or another Warning cause I don't have enough money to get them.
