Immortal Chaos
Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, Special Summoned, or Set unless it is the 10th turn or higher of the duel. When this card is summoned, return all Spell Cards in the Graveyard to their owner's Decks. When this card is destroyed (either by card effect or by battle) remove it from play. Return all cards on the field, in the Graveyard, and each player's hands to their respective decks. Each player's life total is returned to 8000 and the duel starts over. Return this card to your deck at the beginning of your 10th turn.
Cartridge813
Ehh, cool pic, but I feel this card is too... what's the word... assholish to use. It just makes whatever happened before a waste. I suggest lessening the effect to maybe just the field and hand. Fiber Jar is banned for a reason... Plus, if the duel started over, wouldn't the card just be shuffled back into the deck? Immortal Chaos
That's why its called a time walker, it has to stay removed for at least 10 turns, then gets shuffled, and you never know when or even if you draw it, so it would be pointless against FTK decks or anything of that sort. But I do like your points of view and will definately take them into consideration.

Vough
Cyber Jar is banned. This is the same without the flip effect and long effect. Returning all spell cards upon summon is worthless because of its effect of returning EVERYTHING. Also, what triggers everything to be returned? Immortal Chaos
The only reason anything gets returned is because Time Walkers are time traveler's obviously, so if they don't like how something goes, the "Time Walk" back to the beginning. In essence this card is kind of the cardsonafication (I like that word) of the ever popular time travel paradox "The Butterfly Effect" where if you alter the past, there can be radical changes to the future. So pretty much, this card is a last ditch effort to turn a duel in your favor by restarting it.
