Lore/Effect: If this card is attacked by the opponent while Face-Down the attacking monster is sent to the owner's Deck.
Each player must then shuffle their Deck.

Obviously this needs a lot of OCG work. First, make it have a flip effect. Like this; Flip: blah blah blah, effect stuff. NEVER start a card's effect with: If your opponent attacks while this card is in defense position. One word can explain all that. Other than that, the card is overpowered because a card who's effect is similar to this card's effect would have less than 1000 atk points. The effect is basic and may also need some spicing up. The pic is okay but it makes him look too much like a Dark monster instead of a Wind monster. Overall I think it is 4/10.

I like the pic, the stats are a bit powered up for his effect. Id say give him about 1100 instead of 1600. Tornado Bird has about the same effect, except for it targets Spell and Traps. If you want to fix the OCG, it could read.

Flip: Return 1 monster your opponent controls to their Deck.

Theorhetically, it can take out a larger threat than the one attacking it.

Overall I like the card so id say a solid 6-7/10 if you make the changes. Im sure alot more people can help.
