Apart from your rather creative spellings of Assault as 'Assualt' and 'Assauslt', the ocg is pretty good. A couple of unneccessary capitalisations and the odd spelling mistake but nothing major. A couple of issues though.

Firstly, counters are not 'equipped' to cards, they are placed on cards, but just change it to 'place Assault Counters on this card equal to the number of Assault Counters on this card before it was removed from play.'

Most importantly however, the effect just isn't workable. There are very few cards that remove counters from monsters, and those that do usually designate a specific type of counter and then remove as a cost, not an effect. Without support cards, the effect is useless. In addition to this, it is seriously UPed. 100 ATK/DEF per counter with 1000 original ATK/DEF just doesn't make this card competitive. If it was changed to 700 per counter and a lower original ATK/DEF like 400, then it would be at 1800 ATK after turn 1 so wouldn't be too weak. Also, what do you mean by removal for 3 turns; it's very vague, and you need to state which phase it comes back in. Most cards say 'during your/your opponent's 1st/2nd standby/main/end phase', this would imply that it comes back at the exact point in the phase when it was destroyed but in 3 turns (individual turns not joint turns).

Fix all this and I'll rate it.

Up'ed I dont get what's the point of this card. One tribute to a 1000 atk and def monster. Maybe some more atk for each counter. And you can only add one counter per turn.. it would be destroyed even before reaching 1200...

Sorry but its like a 4/10 to me. Good pic btw
