Neat. Doesn't seem game-breaking, but neat.

First life-gain ability should read "to gain 700 Life Points for each card in your opponent's hand", I think. This is in line with Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird.

not that it's not good, but LP gain alone isn't effective enough.

Can't wait for the other 11. Its like some Planet/Monarch/Zodiac Archetype, right?

Does the opposite of Psychics. Instead of losin', you gain. At times, it sounds broken, a lil' broken since you can just rip [b]a lot[/b] of LP out of this thing.

Brings me back to Synchros with similiar effects.
