Equip only to a Synchro monster that used "Stardust Dragon" as a Synchro Material monster. The equiped monster cannot be destroyed. If the equiped monster battles a monster with an ATK higher than the equiped monster, your opponent takes the damage instead. You can send this card equiped to a monster to inflict damage equal to the equiped monsters ATK and destroy 1 card on the field. You can send the top card from your Deck to your Graveyard to negate this cards destruction. This card effect cannot be negated.

BOLD seems off to me.

this Card seems insanely powerful. With the way Synchos can be played quickly I can see this being played at least third turn. Maybe tone down the effect?

I agree with the above statement. Either tone it down or give it an appropriate cost if you don't want to change the effect like LP cost, discard, tribute, etc.

I gonna give it drawbacks, but I always give them to much of a drawback or to little of a drawback. But I will make a drawback that fit.

Quite OPed...Shooting Star just needs this for an upgrade and boom! You got a very powerful Synchro Monster. Maybe something like this:

Equip only to a Synchro monster that used "Stardust Dragon" as a Synchro Material monster. Once per turn, the equipped monster cannot be destroyed. Once per turn, can send the top card from your Deck to your Graveyard to negate this cards destruction. If the equipped monster is removed from the field by it's own effect, you can remove this card from play to Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon" from your Extra Deck in face-up Attack Position.

IDK, I kinda think that this might be a little OPed also...
