It’s first effect will special Summon a “Ging Gaing Light Shieldxion” and all I’ll have to do is destroy the other one to get rid of 2 monsters. Granted, it will mill your Deck a bit, but that might be it. It’s providing counters for effect destruction and it is pretty weak itself. So far the only thing I see that is actually worth about this card is it’s ability to Summon a level 4 or lower Synchro Monster. That can be a very useful effect…especially is splashed with a Fish/Frog FTK deck. You have some interesting effects, but none of them really game changing. I could see Light and Darkness Dragon running smoothly in a deck like this, along with a Twilight deck. But to utilize this archtype more, you need a signature card, like how Blackwings have Armed Wing, and Six Samurais have Great Shogun Shien. Try this: A card that can only be special summoned by removing from play 1 light and dark monster. Then add an effect in which he recycles your graveyard cards. Try this: Once per turn, by paying 1000 life points, you can return one light and dark monster from your graveyard into your deck. You cannot declare an attack the turn you use this effect. I know my OCG is bad, so sue me. I can't really decide what cards to make for you, but a card with the above mentioned effect would help your deck greatly.
