Once during each of your Standby Phases while you control this face-up card place 1 "VOID" Counter on this card (MAX 10) for each face-down card you control. During each End Phase both players must remove from play the top cards from there Deck equal to the amount of "VOID" Counters on this card. During each of your Main Phase 1 you can remove "VOID" Counter's from this card to remove from play cards on the field equal to the amount of VOID counters removed, if this effect was activated you cannot conduct your Battle Phase this turn. I know thats what makes it a "Tera Void" monster. Both ratings are reasonable. It'd be way oped if it could be Normal Summoned though so yeah it's restrictions make it balanced.

It focusing on a Remove Decks. If it is too easy to summon this card will be banned

very interesting, I love this pic, very good effect for a specific "Remove from play" strategy
9/10... I think ,since it's hard to use in other kind of deck but I it isn't hard to summon using a remove from play deck, I guess that this card is perfect for that strategy in this case it become 10/10

The summoning conditions are very hard, aren't they? But the rest of the effect is very powerful, so that balances it out a bit.

Yeah the card is pretty hard to get out. Even in a RFP Deck. I know cause i'v play tested it along with the others in the Arch.

only 1 thing I'd change

I would have said UP TO the number of VOID counters removed. After all, what if there aren't as many?

Either that or just give it an alternative effect if you remove more counters than there are cards on the field

Thanks for the rate but your controlling the amount of Void counters being removed. So i don't see that being to big a issue. Thanks for pointing it out though.
