Honest Truth....useless effect... Worst part is that I think it should have a little more attack. Probably around like 3800...maybe 4000.

if you used zekrom and reshiram as fusion material monsters you should have given this card a more powerful effect like destroy all cards on the field or something and the ATK And DEF Should be at least 5000 5/10

Hate to break it to you, but Reshiram and Zekrom were separated from one original hero.
T'were they to fuse, it would produce Kyurem, the original hero, from before the two brothers argued.
