Kodamλ
A random thing I thought of.
Guardian monsters can only be Summoned [Guardian Summoned] by destroying the amount and type of cards listed at the top of the card. Once summoned, they are placed in Defense position in the middle, between both players monster card zones. Once summoned, they are placed in defense position, they cannot be attacked and cannot attack. They give extra effects in the game.

3 Spell or Trap Cards you control + 2 Spell or Trap Cards your Opponent controls. This card cannot be selected as an attack target. This card cannot declare an Attack. If this card is in Attack position, change it to Defense position. While this card is Face-Up on the Field, during your Draw Phase you may draw 2 extra cards. If you activate the above Effect, you must discard 1 card from your Hand during the End Phase.
I know the lore isn't what it says on the card, but I don't want to order another recolour with the updated effect ...Oh, I forgot to add that the recolour was by Renji
MibeR
4 Spell or Trap Cards you control + 2 Spell or Trap Cards your opponent controls. While this card is face-up on the Field, during your Draw Phase you may draw 2 additional cards. If you activate this effect, you must discard 2 cards from your hand during the End Phase of that turn. 4 Spell or Trap Cards you control seems a bit too much, 3 is okay. and for the last effect, you should discard only 1 card. that's the best option, for us get an advantage for being sent our Spell or Trap card

Look's like Slifer!! hehe!! but the conditions to Summon it are away off (my opinion)!!! 2 Spell or Trap Cards you control + 2 Spell or Trap Cards in your hand. <-- this one I like beter! -3/10 for OCG +1.5/10 for creativity Overall 8.5/
TCG warrior
I'd call the card OP, 2 extra cards during the draw phase and only 1 discarded during the end phase. If I were you, I would make it easier destructable, less draws and/or more to discard. Ps. Nice idea, that guardian summon

KingMako
I'd say this idea is 9/10, almost perfect!!! But if you're going to say a whole new idea you have to include the EVERY detail, if that was the only monster on your side of the field, your opponent could attack you directly. Does it go in your deck or your extra deck?
