Crazy-Eyed monsters

So yea, this is my first time making my own archtype. Also, I did all the art and i know im no artist, so please forgive me if any or all of it is terrible(Also some of its not colored or done). This deck basically work with your opponent's hand and looks ok. I think their effects are good enough where they would dont need a whole lot of traps, so tell me what ya think.

When this card is summoned, you can switch it to defense position. When this card is normal summoned, select one card in your opponent's hand. This card's effect is determined by the type of card selected:
*Monster: Add one spell counter to this card(max. 1). You can remove a spell counter from this card to special summon a Crazy-Eyed Tuner monster from your hand.
*Spell: Add one spell counter to this card(max. 1). You can remove a spell counter To add one Crazy-Eyed Spell card from your graveyard to your hand.
*Trap: This card is treated as a normal monster.

You can discard this card from your hand to activate it's effect. This effect can only be activated when you opponent declares an attack. Select one card in your opponent's hand. This card's effect is determined by the type of the card selected:
*Monster: Negate the attack.
*Spell: The attacking monster gains 800 atk points.
*Trap: Negate the attack and inflict damage to your opponents life points equal to the attack of the attacking monsters.

When this card is normal or special summoned, select one card in your opponent's hand. This card gains one of the following effects depending on the card chosen:
*Monster: You can tribute this card to special summon one Crazy-Eyed monster in your graveyard.
*Spell: You can tribute this card to add one Crazy-Eyed Spell or Trap to you hand.
*Trap: This card is treated as a normal monster.
1 Crazy-Eyed Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned, select one card in your opponent's hand and send it to the graveyard. This card gains one of the following effects depending on the type of card:
*Monster - This card can attack twice per battle phase.
*Spell - Once per turn, you can discard one card in your hand to select one card on the field. Roll a six-sided dice. If it lands on a 2, 3, 4, or 5, destroy that card.
Trap - This card is treated as a Normal monster.

*Trap: Once per turn, you can discard one card from your hand to add one Crazy-Eyed monster from your deck to your hand.

When this card is Synchro summoned, Discard one card from your opponent's hand. This card gains one of the following effects depending on the type of card discarded:
*Monster: Once per turn, you can discard one card to destroy one monster on the field.
*Spell: Once per turn, You can discard one card to destroy one Spell or Trap card on the field.
*Trap:If this card would be destroyed, discard one card from your hand instead.

I havent seen many cards with art which is done by the creator of the card, but recently they have been croping up in places they are not the best art I have ever seen but at least people are now trying to put more orginal art into there work the art is also quite imaginative good ideas and keep making your own art this will help alot 6/10
