this is going to be great for the geminis out there

1st one is fine for the 5 counters, since you have to give up 2 counters to save the monster, so it's fine to have it more than once per turn

White Seal has parts of the Brain Control spell card effect into it, but that's a good card and not broken like Change of Heart is, so I approve of it
