Reinforce Truth

It's splashable, great in Junk Doppel (Doppelwarrior), Six Samurai (Kagemusha), and to a lesser extent, T.G. (Striker)
Those are a few examples... why aren't more people using this to gain advantage?

It's easy to forget about, therefore it's not teched.

I saw one guy use it in Infernities to grab Randomizer. I was impressed.

Use this to bring out Pashuul. Summon Garsem/Uruz/Anu Piranha/other *4 monster. Synchro into Hyunlei and pop up to 3 S/Ts.
