I finished up some cards from a dragon ball theme, I would appreciate if you'd rate and give me suggestions and also, if you had to build a deck with these monsters and cards that exist IRL how would it be and what would you add to it?

Nice cards.

No offense, but I wouldn't use them. Sorry. I am just not a big fan of Warrior cards. I would probably use Chiaotzu in a normal Psychic Deck.

Which brings me here: you should probably have him have some kind of effect where you pay Life Points. I'm not telling you to make him have one, but considering Psychics, it is somewhat recommended to make it seem somewhat more real.
