Exceed Synchros

I'm planning to start a new set of Exceeds after 99, because there are only 99 Exceeds in ZEXAL. This series is called Exceed Synchro. They rely on using Tuner Monsters of specific Types, and Monsters of specific Attributes. Also, the more powerful are even more specific later on. Here's my concept for No. 100. I am totally inept at using GIMP, and I'm deciding to make it employ more Synchro effects.

1 Level 4 Warrior-Type Tuner Monster and 2 Level 2 LIGHT Monsters

This card is also treated as an Exceed Monster. By removing one of this card's Exceed Material Monsters, you can remove from play 1 Monster your opponent controls, or 2 Spell and Trap Card your opponent controls. During either player's Standby Phase, you can choose to treat this as a Synchro or Exceed Monster.

Ehhhhmmm.... my friend.... there are Exceed Monsters and Synchro Monsters.... Exceed Synchro or Synchro Exceed there are not exist!! At the new Yugioh Zexal if you like to Exceed Summon you must have the exact number of monsters at the right level.... it does not mater if the monsters you use are Effect, Normal, Tuner, Gemini, Toons.... the point is to have the same Level!!

I'm trying to mess around with a concept to make it work. Someone already introduced Vortex Synchro monsters. So right now, it's a work in progress. What about the effect?

With having both a Rank AND a Level, it makes it possible. Maybe you should try that?
