Qu@ke
I thought up this idea earlier this morning, I think it's a pretty good card concept even if the OCG may be a little off =P Lore: Flip: During your next Main Phase I, you can offer Sell/Trap cards as Tributes for a Tribute Summon.

Daft Punk
Concept is nice. OCG looks fine. It seems balanced. I would change the name though, unless you want this to be part of the Scrap archtype.
Master White
FLIP: During your next Main Phase 1, you can offer Spell or Trap cards as Tributes for a Tribute Summon. Above is how it should be IMO. Pretty decent, original, well done... OCG:6/10 Strategy: 8/10 Drawback: 9/10---It is a Flip Summon, I know, but there are those new wind-up toy monsters.... Picture:8/10 Up'd/Op'd: 5/7 Total: .80/1 = 80% = C+ - B Great Job.....
Qu@ke
Thanks for all the advice and feedback! His name is Scrap Master for almost no reason lol, his original effect allotted you to use cards from your graveyard as tributes.
ragnarok1945
impressive, high end levels all you need are some spells/traps I like it very much. Facing this, definitely would be wanting to use Light of Intervention 9.4/

~D¡ScOrD~
This is a very good concept! The only drawback, as was mentioned earlier, is that it's a Flip monster, but you know, that's not actually that big of a drawback. Anyway, it's useful whether you're using it for real or as a bluff, everything seems all right and in order... Excellent! 9.5/
Qu@ke
It's gotta have some sort of drawback to remained balance so, yeah. Anywho, thanks fer the feedback.
