So, yeah. I was browsing through Wikia, and found Cloudians.
And I randomly found an image. This'll also help me master the GIMP Template I got from J u d a s.
Here you go,

Lore:When this card is Synchro Summoned, no Traps can be activated. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is changed to face-up Defense Position, except by a card effect, destroy it. Cards your opponent controls with counters on them cannot be used as Synchro or Xyz Material. When a card you control places 3 or more counters on itself, you can add 1 Continuous Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. If this card is destroyed, destroy all Continuous Spell and Trap Cards on the field.

Well...

This is how it works:

First, how to Summon it. Fishborg+Turbulence+Smoke Ball. And in Aliens it'd be, Normal Summon Ammonite, Special Dog from hand, and use Ammonite to revive another Dog.

Second, Cloudian DEF destruction effect. Only slightly upgraded, meaning it'll only be killed if you switch it manually.

Third, counters locking Synchro and Xyz Material. Since I didn't specify which counters, any kind of counter is fine. This helps more Aliens than Cloudians really, since most Cloudians put counters on themselves. But oh well.

Fourth, most Cloudians get a counter for each Cloudian you control when you Summon it. Meaning, you can add Cloudian Squall and drastically increase the amount of counters. In Aliens, a Gol'gar with enough S/Ts or Ruins when Dark Hole or Mirror Force hits, would grant another Ruins, or any of those weird Continuous Spells they use.

Finally, the last effect is indeed supposed to be a drawback.
