Communityreborn
Card Shark Fish/Effect Attr: DARK Lvl: 4 ATK: 0 DEF: 0 Effect: This card cannot be destroyed by battle, and you take no battle damage from battles involving this Card. During your Draw Phase, instead of Drawing 1 Card, you can select one card from your Deck and add it to your hand. During your Standby Phase, you must remove from play this card. This card cannot be Special Summoned while it is removed from play. Now, I know what some of you might be thinking: OPed. But let's take a look into this card. It's a standard Level 4 monster. No attack and defence, so there's no chance you'll be beating anything into submission. But it can't be touched by cards like Trap Hole and Bottomless Trap Hole, which screw over many players. Now the effect. "This card cannot be destroyed by battle, and you take no battle damage from battles involving this card. That's a pretty nice effect. Concidering that your opponent will most likley attack a face-down monster, you're safe. Piercing damage is no problem. Now the next effect says: "During your Draw Phase, instead of Drawing 1 Card, you can select one card friom your deck and add it to your hand." Now this is the effect that would make or break games. The power to draw any one card you wish. Need Judgement Dragon in a hurry? No problem. What about the Polymerization to summon that Blue-Eyes Ultimate? You're covered. And to balance it off: "During your Standby Phase, you must remove from play this card. This card cannot be Special Summoned while it is removed from play." The effect may be a bit negative, but who cares, concidering you have just gotten your game winning card? In the event your card doesn't help you, "Burial From a Different Dimension" can send Card Shark back to the graveyard, so that it can be re-used with cards like "Monster Reborn" and "Call of the Haunted". Another interesting strategy is to have "Imperial Iron Wall" set up while Card Shark is on the field, so that he can be re-used to draw the best cards possible. Just watch out for "Mystical Space Typhoon". Counters to this card As Overpowered as this card may seem, it is still wide open to be killed by card effects. With a type of game where card effects are becoming increasingly prominent, you might lose the card shark as fast as you'll have him out. There are quite alot of effects to get rid of him, but the ones that come to mind would be cards like Lighting Vortex, Torrential Tribute, and the Monarchs. Other interesting notes include cards like Forced Back, and Fissure. Smashing Ground would be an alternitave when you're opponent is trying to get the upper hand early on. But as many counters as this card might have (along with a million other cards), the Card Shark is a noteworthy card to add into any deck. Discuss. D.A._Sakuyamon
Book of moon this after you get your card, flip summon on main phase. The image isn't bad at all, very fitting though I don't really care about that. Thing i hate about it is it's lack of Special Summon when RFP. Takes my playability down. In any other Deck, it isn't bad. Sept maybe L. Sworn. would make Infernities more powerful along with a ton of others. 7.34546/
♠Decietful King♠
This could be a very useful card but it could also be very abusable like with cards like Burial from a Different Dimension. You should take away the remove from play effect and return it your Deck or something like that.
This ^^^^^^ One thing you have to realize about this card is that it's a monster, ie: it must be summoned. If it were anything else then yeah. Broken beyond belief. As a monster it forces you to summon it (wasting a turn if you're in a do-or-die situation, or just taking time) and to wait until your next draw phase. So... I could see this getting limited but I doubt banned. The fact that you can't special summon it once it's effect is over also hurts it. So... Pretty solid. Either a staple or just a very splashable card.

But I take the complement. Thank you.
D.A._Sakuyamon
(is giving even more thought into card then before) The biggest weakness I see is that you have to wait nearly an entire turn. That causes it's play ability to go down. Sure you can special summon it from grave or even search it. Which with it's stats is pretty easy. But still those facts remain. Then onces it leaves you basically wont have it anymore unless you use even more cards to get it back. All this just makes it hard to say if it's Oped or Uped but balanced erm not really. I'm going along the lines of Uped.
DARKPLANT RISING
Take out "no damage". Still I'd run it at 3.
Vough
Run this at 3. Special Summon Inferno Reckless Summon Standby Phase Game. I'd change the effect to, "This card cannot be Special Summoned."

Love of Ghibli
If I use Imperial Iron Wall with this card its pretty immortal then isn't it. Therefore I could see it as broken lol
ragnarok1945
don't say take no damage at all I would have just said you take half the damage and that's enough
