You must change Dark Dragon. Special Summoning a Dragon from your deck means basically ANY dragon. Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon. Blue-Eyes White Dragon. This one card alone would change all sorts of dragon decks, and would be on the banned list in the blink of an eye.

Instead, you can try: "When this card is destroyed by Battle and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Dragon-type monster from your deck to the field in face-up attack position."
