A New Tuner and Some Other Cards

Lore: This card may attack your opponent's Life points directly. When this card is used for a Synchro Summon of a monster, destroy one Set card on the field. Depending on that cards type apply the correct effect.
*Normal Monster: Destroy all cards on the field except Synchro monsters.
*Effect monster: Both players discard their hands to the Graveyard.
*Spell: Destroy all Sychro monsters on the field.
*Trap: Both players take 200 points of damage for each card in their Extra Deck.

Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 Plant-type monster in your Graveyard. At the End Phase of your turn increase the ATK of all face up Plant-type monsters on the field by 200 points. At the End Phase of your turn you must pay 200 points for each Plant-type monster you control, if you cannot destroy all Plant-type monsters on your side of the field.

Lore: This card cannot be Special Summoned. Once per turn select one monster on the field. The selected monster cannot be destroyed by battle until the End Phase of your next turn. If the selected monster is the target of a Spell, Trap, or Monster Effect you can send 3 cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard to negate the activation of the card and destroy it. If this card is selected as an attack target, add this card to the top of your Deck face-up. The deck is then shuffled. When you draw this face-up card send this card and the top 5 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 LIGHT monster from your Graveyard. When this card is sent to the Graveyard it is removed from play.

for Plant Feeding device, 100 LP per plant monster seems a bit cheap

I would have made it 200 instead, otherwise it's WAY too affordable

beyond that it's good
