Alchemy - A new way to summon

1. Control a Monster who fits the requirements for the Alchem Monster you want to Summon.
2. Banish the Monster and send to your Graveyard 1 Spell or Trap card from your hand, depending on what the Alchem Monster.
3. Pay the amount of Life Points stated on the Alchem Monster (Some might tell you to pay a negative amount. This means increase you life points by said amount)
4. Say chant for monster (optional)
5. Preform Alchemy and Summon your Alchem monster

- The beginning of the actual effect is always "When Alchemy is performed, *insert effect here*". Notice how it says "When Alchemy is preformed". This is the proper OCG for an Alchem monster. They always have a Monarch-styled effect
- Alchemy cannot be negated. However, a monster that has just been Alchemy Summoned cannot declare an attack the turn it is Alchem Summoned.
- You can preform Alchemy during your opponent's turn, however, if you do so, it's effect is negated (except for the Monarch-styled effect).
- When an Alchem Monster is destroyed, you must Banish it and the Spell or Trap used for it's Alchemy, if you haven't done so already.
- An Alchem Monster has Spell Orbs on the top of it. If it would be destroyed, remove 2 Spell Bar Orbs from it. An Alchem monster with no Spell Orbs is destroyed. An Alchem Monster with 2 Spell Orbs cannot activate any effect. Any Continuous Effect remains in effect. The Alchem monster's level is treated as half the Spell Orbs on it. This means Alchem Monsters tend to be low leveled and can lower their levels.
- The monster used for Alchemy must have a level equal to the amount of Life Orbs on the Alchem Monsters
- The monster used for Alchemy must be the same Type as the Alchem Monster
- The monster used for Alchemy cannot be an Xyz (Exceed), Fusion, Synchro, or Ritual monster.
- Most Alchem Monsters have the following effect - "Once per Duel, you can Banish the Spell Card used for this card's Alchemy. This card gains the Banished card's effect until the End Phase of your turn."
- Alchem Monsters reside in your Extra Deck

When Alchemy is performed, Banish 1 face-up monster on the field. This card gains 300 ATK and DEF for each of your Banished monsters. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing Battle Damage to your opponent. Every time you inflict damage to your opponent, you can Banish 1 monster from your Graveyard. Once per Duel, you can Banish the Spell Card used for this card's Alchemy. This card gains the Banished card's effect until the End Phase of your turn.
