ah the ironies I just recently rated the pics looking almost the same for this

getting lv6 to 9 seems better to just use Level Up, it's going to be a pain to reach 6 counters. You should have give lv6 more atk power

for lv9, besides the card effect immunity like lv3 and 6, all it really has is atk boosting

I was hoping for more than just that since it's the last one
