When this card is the highest Level monster you control, its ATK becomes 2100. When this card is the highest Level monster you control, it cannot attack directly. When this card attacks a monster your opponent controls, it is put in Defense Position and the end of the Damage step, and it cannot change its position until the End Phase of your next turn. Once per turn, if this card is in Defense Position, you can place 1 Wrath Counter on your opponent's Deck. -Effect- This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 "Brimstone Dragon" you control. When this card is Special Summoned, you can remove a number of Wrath Counters from your opponent's Deck to have them send cards from the top of their Deck to the Graveyard equal to the number of counters removed. This card can be treated as a Tuner monster for the Synchro Summoning of a Dragon-Type Synchro Monster only. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, you can place 2 Wrath Counters on your opponent's Deck. -Effect- This can be Special Summoned from your hand by removing from play 1 "Inferno Dragon" you control. Once per turn, you can remove from play a number of Wrath Counters from your opponent's deck to have your opponent send to the graveyard a number of cards equal to the number of Wrath Counters removed. When this card is removed from the field, you can Special Summon 1 "Brimstone Dragon" from your Deck in face-up Defense Position. The Special Summoned monster's DEF becomes 1500. I might make a Synchro and support Spells and Traps. I was wondering if Deck Burning would be interesting on a card.
Random Duelist
Cool cards, few OCG Errors though. 8.5/
Ieyasu Tokugawa
Brinstone looks awesome. 2100 beater that gets around Gravity Bind and Level Limit so long as you don't control higher leveled monsters. Good job with the Wrath Counters too :3 I thought Inferno looked bad at first, then I realized it's summoning option isn't a condition. That is what makes it amazing. However, since milling your opponent's deck isn't always the best strategy unless done in mass, I'd suggest upping him to 2 Wrath Counters per monster destroyed to speed it up a bit. I'm not sure if you meant to put the Normal Summon restriction on Inferno, but it's fine since it would't be Normal Summoned often anyway, with Redrum and everything. Only change I'd like to see is that his deck mill is changed to once per turn instead of when it's summoned, since it doesn't get to put wrath counters on the Deck. They aren't the most amazing things I've seen, but it is a nice change from some new people posting cards that are just 5 word effects that don't do much of anything. Please do not leave, we need more people like you here. QQ
ragnarok1945
for Hellfire Dragon, the effect of "When this card is Summoned, you can remove from play a number of Wrath Counters from your opponent's deck to have your opponent send to the graveyard a number of cards equal to the number of Wrath Counters removed" your opponent is sending those cards from his graveyard, right? Brimstone is going to be a nightmare once combined with Gravity Bind I'm unsure if you should keep the Tuner effect for Inferno Dragon in there or not, it might make it broken 9.8/
¥en
Thanks you all! I'm on my phone right now and will not be able to edit these for a bit, but I will fix them when I can.
¥en
I changed the cards and upped the Counter Placement to two. I'm still unsure of how to word it, if I say just send to the Graveyard, it could be from anywhere, right? I just want it to be from the top of the deck. I figured burn decks would be fun, but deck burners would be fun too.
ragnarok1945
I personally did not see a need to up the counter placement at all
¥en
I was a bit uncertain, but I just went with the suggestion, I guess.

Just say the same thing for Hellfire, only saying "Once per turn" instead of "When this card is summoned".
