Effect:

When this card is Normal Summoned or Set, it is treated as a Normal Monster. This card can be Special Summoned from you hand by Tributing 1 "Frog" monster you control (excluding "Frog the Jam"). This card can be Special Summoned from your hand or Deck during the End Phase of a turn in which 3 or more "Frog" monsters you control are destroyed (excluding "Frog the Jam"). Once per turn, during the End Phase, you can pay 1000 Life Points to destroy a number of cards on the field up to the number of "Frog" monsters destroyed that turn (excluding "Frog the Jam").

Well, there it is. Several firsts here: both the first water and frog monster, and the fifth card overall. I probably slaughtered how a frog card should be, so advice is certainly welcome. Also, yay for making cards on the phone! Now I can distract myself anywhere!

OCG is good ( i think >.< have not been on in a few months). I think Monster is supposed to be capitalized though. You said you twice in a row.

Effect is original, the pic is awesome (xD).

9/10 good job, especially for a new member ^^

I considered 500 and 800 at first, but figured 1000 would be best because if you Special Summon it from its second effect, you would probably be destroying some pretty big monsters when it gets onto the field, and I wouldn't want wiping out a boss monster and then some to only cost 500 Life Points.

I'm not quite sure, actually. This is more of an aid for Frogs going against Beatdown decks, so any of the heavy hitters such as Dinosaur bosses and dragon bosses, sparring Brionac and Stardust, since they could counter/negate the effect.
