New Zombie Field Spell

This is literally a better version of Zombie World. But really, your opponent can get rid of ANY of your cards, including really powerful ones (ex. Shooting Star Dragon) or last resort cards (ex. Spirit Reaper)... That doesn't really tune in to the "theme" of Zombies. Zombies are meant to swarm, not destroy... So my idea is to change the effect to:

"To activate this card, destroy 1 face-up "Zombie World" on the field. This card retains all of the effects of the destroyed card. Neither player can Special Summon monsters, except Zombie-Type monsters. Once per turn, you can Banish 1 Zombie-Type monster in your Graveyard and Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type monster from your hand or Graveyard. Each time a Zombie-Type monster is Special Summoned in this way, each player discards one random card from their opponent's hands."

Why do this? I took out the cost for the Zombie summoning and added a better, less Life Point damaging way that some Zombies have as their effects (Spirit Reaper, etc.)... Also, to keep with the original Zombie World, I added the cost of the original Zombie World, like how the Parallel-Rare Seal of Orichalcos, and doubled-up on the effect. I worded the "This card retains all of the effects of the destroyed card." part because then more support cards for Zombie decks can be used instead, like the Umi-Legendary Ocean thing. That way, this card would just work much more effectively. I would love to see this card added to the TCG.

Well, let's start with the Pros?

It has a creative effect, good image + name. Follows the Zombie general theme.

Cons:

The 2nd and 3rd effects are OP'd. The second one locks down almost all Synchro Summoning, Deck Searching, and SS effects from the hand. Their only saving grace is the Graveyard but if they don't have much effects in that department they're screwed and have slower influx of field advantage.

3rd effect ironically makes the 2nd one even more powerful, but is still OP'd nonetheless. Every turn you have a reusable Ring of Destruction. Not only that, you can wipe a whole field of your opponent's monsters and burn like crazy, likely OTK, and/or your own field if your opponent can't keep up with not being able to SS many monsters anyways =P

IDK if you'd really care for my suggestions, most people find them intrusive anyways xP
