I think it should be:

You can cut this monsters ATK points in half to have it attack your opponents Life Points directly

Something along those lines. Also, you can edit that picture in paint so that the background of the the wolf is what shows and not the black that's showing now; otherwise it really isn't that bad of a card

Name: 6/10 I think you meant "Dread" but it was a good thought. Also since "Elite Wolf" Seems to be a title you should put it as "Elite Wolf-Dread Scar"
Pic: 5/10 Already said what you could do to fix that =)
Effect: 7/10 Basic, a good place to start for someone new =D
OCG: 2/10, spelled name wrong, everything capitalized, and the grammar just isn't worded right
Balance: 10/10 It's balanced because it's easily defeated and does only a small amount damage even with it's effect

30/50, your getting there-don't stop trying to improve!

not too certain that'd be a good effect revision....... he wants the damage done to be half, cutting it's attack changes the effect.

how about "This card can attack your opponent directly. When it does so using this effect, any Battle Damage it inflicts to your opponent is halved. "

ah I see what your saying there, yeah that makes more sense I suppose lol

it's only 800 damage, so that's balanced out

a little simple of an effect,but if that's your intention, it should be fine
