SANDAA BORUTO
A good OCG for this card would be: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except while you control a face-up "Dark Magician". You can Tribute this card to select 1 "Dark Magician" you control. It gains 1000 ATK and loses 1000 DEF. With all of the support for DM that exists now, this card would be overpowered, since bringing out Dark Magician isn't hard in a dedicated Deck nowadays. I would suggest making it last only until the End Phase, then it wouldn't be that broken. Also, the artwork isn't that good. I'll give a 6.5/10. A.Prime
Let's correct it correctly: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except while you control 1 face-up "Dark Magician". You can Tribute this card to select 1 "Dark Magician" you control. If you do, the selected "Dark Magician" gains 1000 ATK and loses 1000 DEF. And I agree with stereo, you MUST make it last until the End Phase! The line you must add is: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except while you control 1 face-up "Dark Magician". You can Tribute this card to select 1 "Dark Magician" you control. If you do, the selected "Dark Magician" gains 1000 ATK and loses 1000 DEF until the End Phase. I like the idea to support old monsters. They are the coolest and the most rare of all! But I must rate you with the OCG you used. 6.5/
