You can only activate this card when you have at least 5 monsters in your graveyard and no cards on your side of the field. Remove monsters in your graveyard from play (Max 7). When you have done this, search your opponent's deck and send a number of level 4 or lower monsters equal to the amount of monsters removed and send them to the graveyard. Then, inflict damage to your opponent's life points equal to half the combined ATK of all the destroyed monsters.

that's going to be one hell of a burn, most likely too much, since it can go as many as 7

I can see this burning your opponent up to 5000 this way
