When you have a face up "Elemental HERO" monster on your side of the Field you can Special Summon this from your Hand. While this is in Attack Position on your side Side of the Field this card name is also treated as "Celtic Guardian". While in the Gaveyard you can Remove from Play 3 "Elemental HERO" monsters from your Deck to Special Summon this from the Graveyard, if you use this effect remove this card from play when it is removed from the Field.

This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by removing from play the above cards you control. (You do not use "Polymerization" and this is treated as a Fusion Summon). this card can not be Destoryed in Battle. during either palyers Battle Phase when this card is Attacks or is Attacked Special Summon 2 "Neo Spacian" monster from either your Hand or Graveyard. This card returns to the Extra Deck during the End Phase.

activate the field spell card neo space then activate spell card anceint rules normal summon Elemental HERO Neos then Specail Summon neos spacian celtic guardian then fusion summon elemental HERO celtic neos (if you can get anthor neo spacian celtic guardian or a regular celtic guardain you can use both of em to fusion summon elemental HERO guardian of celtic honor now you got a major power house monster)

for the 2nd one, I'd also add in for the 2 special summoned monsters, their effects are negated until next turn

the fusion monster is only going to be on the field for one turn (unless you have neo space)

all neo spacian are low level monsters any ways

and what the likely chance of you having more 2 -3 neo spacian in your graveyard any ways
