Zextra Posted May 31, 2011 Report Share Posted May 31, 2011 It's not OP'ed.- it's effect is only activated when it's destroyed, making it much, much less versatile than the original Dandy. I wouldn't use it over Dandy, Glow Up or Spore. since it's effect is limited to being destroyed while on the field... OCG has been corrected by AngryBird already. Not a bad card, though. You can send it to the Graveyard from anywhere (which means you could use Foolish Burial on it, discard it for a cost, or anything else) and get 2 Tokens which you could use to Sync with. ...though it is true that you could just suicide this and proceed to burn your opponent for 1500 after Syncing with the tokens... Well, enough with my hate for the idiot, now with the rating and explanation: I'm not rating this. Why? Because it's not something that can be. Nowadays Dandylion can be easily milled and/or searched with 2 Lonefire Blossom out there. Once it's milled it can be abused like hell (which is exactly what we localized players do). Namely Debris and the sort. It's the very card that made the equation Debris Dragon + Foolish Burial = Win. Of course Lonefire + Monster Reborn = Believing In Nexus would have never been working without it. The card's so hell broken it's even bannable. The fact's within the very basics of the current metagame. If you didn't know, now you do. Obviously the above paragraph's all about this card's in fact much more evil brother, which is a bit irony given this says "Evil" instead. What is this unusable piece of Larvae Moth? I mean, did you think this will act as a replacement? Hell no! Doppel Warrior exists as the second, third, and even fourth Dandylion. If you think it's bad 'cause it summons tokens in attack position, you need to learn the game. Badly. Doppeltokens never live a turn. They all become Synchro Material for Formula and his sort. The whole point of Dandylion is to abuse with Synchros. Unless Konami slaps in our face some new stupid ruling that makes "Cost=Destroy", not gonna happen with this. Never gonna. Whole point of the Dandylion's abusability has been eradicated down to zero. And in the meta, unabusable things can never live far. So yeah. This card sucks.
